It’s the nature of things to evolve & to change.

So, it’s not truly a criticism as it is an acknowledgment. One thing that I truly miss is being able to truly know who it is I’m dealing with. That’s why I always go out of my way to be sure my money goes to individuals more than to corporations. Our Heating, Ventilation, & A/C company is the most superb example. I have been doing company with them since I moved to this section almost 30 years ago. They have proved to be loyal & ethical all through that stage of time. In truth, the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C tech we have just truly helped me out in the last year or so. Then she came to the door after a preventive service service call. I thought she was just letting me know that she was done. But the pained expression of her face let me know that wasn’t the case at all. She wanted me to know that I needed to get proactive about an updated plan for my Heating, Ventilation, & A/C. It was just over 20 years old & still getting it finished. However, the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C tech told me that the end was right around the corner. This is why it’s so pressing to be able to trust those you do company with. I took them at her word & started saving & making plans to update the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C. Without that friendly heads up & her honesty, I could have been in a real tomato. That’s because the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C system did exactly what she said it would. It died. But, I had a updatement plan in the works by then & we hardly missed a beat.
